Yoga Classes and Private Sessions

All sessions will be offered in person and/or online via Zoom. You can download Zoom here . You will need a mat, laptop/tablet/phone with camera & microphone to access Zoom, space to comfortably move and lay down. Other props may be suggested when individual class information email is sent these will be listed.

If there is something I need to know that may effect your practice during the session please use the contact page to let me know. Any new students please complete this student form.

This Mindful Hatha Yoga class is for those who wish to let go of tensions, relax, and rejuvenate their energy. We move from pose to pose in a mindful way to allow time for the body, mind, and breath to connect, soften, and relax. Working in a mindful way allows you to move with greater awareness, build confidence, enhance mobility,  and increase strength. This class is accessible to both beginners and long term practitioners as it provides both challenges and opportunities to grow in your practice. The practice will include asana (poses), breath work(pranayama), and yoga nidra that can promote the relaxation response in our bodies.

Payment options can be made via card below or PayPal.

Investment is £10 per session. You may book a session at a time or block book for a month for £40. There is a concession rate of £7.

Cancellations accepted up to 2 hours before class begins then payment in full is required unless otherwise agreed.

A link will be found on the receipt emailed following completed payment.

Private sessions can be beneficial for those new to yoga in order to explore the foundations of yoga before joining a class, those who are unable to join group classes, and those who wish to work on specific elements of their practice.

Students are responsible to provide their own mat(s) and props.

Investment is £65 per hour or block book 3 sessions for £175 to be used with six weeks of first session booked.

Concession rate available to those who have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. £50 per hour or £135 for a block of 3 to be used over 6 weeks from the first session booked. Contact me to discuss further.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be expected to pay for the session unless otherwise agreed.

You will be sent to an online health questionnaire which will be reviewed in order for the sessions to best serve you.

All payments for sessions can be made via card and PayPal. A link will be sent once session(s) is booked.

Gift certificates available for those you feel may benefit from yoga, are interested but maybe not yet tried yoga, or as a special gift for a special person in your life who could use some time looking after themselves. Please go here to get in touch.
