Yoga & Meditation Classes and Private Sessions

All sessions will be offered online via zoom even for in person classes. You can download Zoom here . You will need a mat, laptop/tablet/phone with camera & microphone to access Zoom, space to comfortably move and lay down. Other props may be suggested when individual class information email is sent these will be listed.

Unwind and Rejuvenate Hatha Yoga Class

Wednesdays 18:30-20:00 BST

This Mindful Hatha class is for those who wish to let go of tensions and rejuvenate their energy. We move from pose to pose in a mindful way to allow time for the body, mind, and breath to soften and relax. Working in a mindful way allows you to move with greater awareness, build confidence, enhance mobility,  and increase strength. This class is accessible to both long term practitioners as well as beginners as it provides both challenges and opportunities to grow in your practice. The practice will include asana (poses), breath work(pranayama), and meditation or yoga nidra.

All COVID 19 Guidance put forth by the government will be followed in class.

Investment is £10 per drop in session or can be booked in block sessions for £35.

Concession rate available to those who are front line workers, have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. £5 per session.

Cancellations accepted up to 2 hours before class begins unless otherwise agreed.

Online Yin and Restorative Yoga with Yoga Nidra to Prepare for Rest

Online Class

Sundays 19:30-20:30PM BST

This class is being held online via the web based platform Zoom which can be downloaded at https://zoom.us/

A gentle online yin, restorative class with the purpose of creating calm through exploring soft movements in seated or on the floor for a deep release in order to support the easing of tensions held in the body to prepare for rest. This class will end with a yoga nidra to bring calm to the nervous system enhancing a sense of relaxation.

Investment is £7 drop in or £25 block book per month (starting first day of the month and ending on last day of the month).

Concession rate available to those who have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. £5 per session.

Cancellations are accepted for up to 2 hours before class begins unless otherwise agreed.

Private Yoga (including small group) Sessions

Private sessions can be beneficial for those new to yoga in order to explore the foundations of yoga before joining a class, those who are unable to join group classes, and those who wish to work on specific elements of their practice.

Availability for private sessions are Sundays,Wednesdays, and Fridays

These sessions are currently online.

Students are responsible to bring their own mat(s), blankets, blocks, bricks, and eye pillows.

Investment is £60 per 1 hour session or block book 3 sessions for £170 to be used within six weeks of first session booked.

Concession rate available to those who have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. On-line £45 per session or £120 for a block of 3 to be used over 6 weeks from the first session booked.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be expected to pay for the session unless otherwise agreed.

Investment for monthly subscription to both classes online is £45
