Yoga and Meditation Classes

All sessions will be offered online via zoom even for in person classes. You can download Zoom here . You will need a mat, laptop/tablet/phone with camera & microphone to access Zoom, space to comfortably move and lay down. Other props may be suggested when individual class information email is sent these will be listed. Card and Paypal payments accepted.

Unwind and Rejuvenate Hatha Yoga Class

Wednesdays 18:30-20:00 BST

This Mindful Hatha class is for those who wish to let go of tensions and rejuvenate their energy. We move from pose to pose in a mindful way to allow time for the body, mind, and breath to soften and relax. Working in a mindful way allows you to move with greater awareness, build confidence, enhance mobility,  and increase strength. This class is accessible to both long term practitioners as well as beginners as it provides both challenges and opportunities to grow in your practice. The practice will include asana (poses), breath work(pranayama), and meditation or yoga nidra.

All COVID 19 Guidance put forth by the government will be followed in class.

Investment is £10 per drop in session or can be booked monthly in block sessions for £40 payable via card links below.

Concession rate available to those who are front line workers, have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. £5 per session.

Cancellations accepted up to 2 hours before class begins unless otherwise agreed.

Slowdown Sundays:Online Yin &Yoga Nidra via Zoom

This class is being held online via the web based platform Zoom which can be downloaded at https://zoom.us/

Yin yoga provides the opportunity to soften through holding postures for a continued period of time. This allows for exploring where we are and wish to go. Focusing on feeling and refining our awareness. This class will end with a yoga nidra to bring calm to the nervous system enhancing a sense of relaxation.

Investment is £7 drop in or £25 block book per month (starting first day of the month and ending on last day of the month) payable via card links below.

Concession rate available to those who have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. £5 per session.

Cancellations are accepted for up to 2 hours before class begins unless otherwise agreed.

Subscription to both classes online available for £45 (working out to £5.60 per class)

Private Yoga (including small group/corporate) Sessions

Private sessions can be beneficial for those new to yoga in order to explore the foundations of yoga before joining a class, those who are unable to join group classes, and those who wish to work on specific elements of their practice.

Availability for private sessions are Sundays,Wednesdays, and Fridays

These sessions are currently in person or online.

Students are responsible to bring their own mat(s), blankets, blocks, bricks, and eye pillows.

Investment for individuals begins at £60 per 1 hour session or block book begins at 3 sessions for £170 to be used within six weeks of first session booked.

Concession rate available to those who have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. On-line £45 per session or £120 for a block of 3 to be used over 6 weeks from the first session booked when available.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be expected to pay for the session unless otherwise agreed.

You can now subscribe to my profile on Journey Into where you can easily access my recorded audio and video classes for £24/month (an investment of £6 per week).

Each week I publish 1 x 40-50 minute class that you can watch  and practice with any time, anywhere. 

Each month, I will also add shorter classes and meditations of 10-15 minutes that you can sandwich into your day when you have less time. You will have access to my profile where you can keep up to date with my latest live class schedule, workshops and news.

3. SUBSCRIBE; At the bottom of the page you will see a button to subscribe. Press subscribe and add your card details.
