You will need a mat, laptop/tablet/phone with camera & microphone to access Zoom, space to comfortably move and lay down. Other props may be suggested when individual class information email is sent these will be listed.

This Mindful Hatha Yoga class is for those who wish to let go of tensions, relax, and rejuvenate their energy. We move from pose to pose in a mindful way to allow time for the body, mind, and breath to soften and relax. Working in a mindful way allows you to move with greater awareness, build confidence, enhance mobility, and increase strength. This class is accessible to both long term practitioners as well as beginners as it provides both challenges and opportunities to grow in your practice. The practice will include asana (poses), breath work(pranayama), and meditation or yoga nidra that can promote the relaxation response in our bodies.

All COVID 19 Guidance put forth by the government will be followed in class. We continue to follow safety guidelines of social distancing and wearing a mask to enter and leave class.
Investment is £14 per session or you can be book in recurring monthly block sessions at £45
Concession rate available to those who are front line workers, have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. £5 per session.

Monthly Online Yin Yoga with Guided Relaxation

This class is being held online via the web based platform Zoom which can be downloaded at https://zoom.us/
Yin Yoga is a practice where postures are held for 3 minutes or more. This length of time is used to open into the thicker layers of connective tissues around the joints that a moving, dynamic practice may not as effectively access. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the tendons, fascia, and ligaments in the body to create the benefits of increased circulation in the joints and improved flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims to slow the mind down.
During this time of stillness, you can drop deeper into the practice. This allows for energy to flow. This session ends with a guided relaxation.
Investment is £8 per session
Concession rate available to those who have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. £5 per session.
Cancellations are accepted for up to 2 hours before class begins unless otherwise agreed.
Private Yoga (including small group) Sessions
Private sessions can be beneficial for those new to yoga in order to explore the foundations of yoga before joining a class, those who are unable to join group classes, and those who wish to work on specific elements of their practice.
Availability for private sessions are Sunday anytime, Wednesday anytime, and Thursday morning.
These sessions are currently available in person or online via Zoom or in whichever platform you are comfortable working.
Students are responsible to bring their own mat(s), blankets, blocks, bricks, and eye pillows.
Investment is £65 per 1 hour session or block book 3 sessions for £175 to be used with six weeks of first session booked.
Concession rate available to those who have lost wages, furloughed, on benefits, or lost their jobs. On-line £50 per session or £135 for a block of 3 to be used over 6 weeks from the first session booked. Contact me to discuss further.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be expected to pay for the session unless otherwise agreed.
