Things I found beneficial from yoga therapy were:
- being listened to
- being respected
- being looked after
- having a practice that is just for me
- learning about what my body can do
- learning how I can help myself emotionally and physically.
Diana was very thorough, intuitive, understanding, and respectful of what my needs were physically and emotionally.
