“Returning to yoga after many years has felt like coming home to a spacious place in myself. Diana’s class has been so welcoming, a non-judgemental space to explore yourself and yoga whatever your age, level of experience or ability. I started the class to help with physical tightness but also to create some emotional/mental space with all the stresses of life. I feel great after each class and, in just a few months, feel more alive in my body and better able to manage stress with increased self acceptance and less self judgment. One of the relaxation journeys at the end of the session had a profound effect as I had a powerful experience of positive, benign detachment. And not forgetting, the lovely little treats Diana so kindly puts out at the end of the class!”
